Sealants & Gaskets
Delta sealants and gaskets are used to prevent leakage of fluids or gases by forming an impervious barrier between surfaces, which are resistant to pressure, vibration and heat. Often used to seal oil, gas, water, fuels and other industrial fluids, our anaerobic gasket sealants are particularly suited to metal surfaces and our silicone-based gasket sealants are ideal for use with plastics and/or metals.

D200, D201, D202 Tru-Flex RTV Silicone Engineering Sealant
A high modulus, acetoxy, pure silicone sealant. Cures quickly by reacting with atmospheric moisture, giving a tough, durable and permanently flexible seal. Waterproof with excellent chemical resistance and high electrical resistance. Specially designed for industrial and automotive applications, it conforms to BS5889 (B) ISO 11600. Used for gasket sealing replacing pre-formed gaskets, sealing of electrical cabinets, metal-to-metal and metal-to-glass expansion joints and general waterproofing and sealing.

D203 Instant Gasket Clear RTV Silicone Sealant

D205, D206, D207 Tru-Flex One Part PU Adhesive/Sealant
A single component polyurethane based adhesive/sealant. A moisture cure system, forming a tough and durable elastomeric seal. Fully waterproof, over paintable, non-sag with very good chemical resistance and gap filling properties. Permanently flexible and shock/impact resistant. Ideal for use on wood, GRP, metal, concrete, glass and most common plastics. Used for general coach building, caravan and motor home assembly and repairs, the bus and truck industries, refrigeration, air conditioning, for acoustic joints and seals and most general fabrication and assembly work.

D209 Tru-Flex FDA25 Clean Room Sealant
A high modulus, neutral cure, fungicidal silicone sealant/adhesive, specifically designed for clean room and sterile environments where repeated contact with food is likely, such as refrigeration and kitchens. Contains fungicide, highly resistant to mould and mildew growth. A high viscosity, non-slumping formula. FDA approved (21CFR177.2600 tested by IANESCO). Conforms to ISO 11600 F25M. Seals ceramics, porcelain, vitreous enamel, glass and most metals and plastics.

D210 Tru-Flex 40MS Hybrid Adhesive / Sealant
A solvent and isocyanate free sealant that cures by reacting with atmospheric moisture to give a tough and durable elastic seal. High bond strength with good initial grab, chemically resistant to salt and drinking water, mineral oils, gases and fuels. Neutral cure, non-corrosive and non-staining. UV and weather resistant, with good electrical resistance. Used for bonding and sealing in caravan and vehicle production and repair, protecting welded joints and seams in automotive and metal applications, sealing and bonding of panels and cladding, expansion joints and most applications requiring high-performance, durable sealing and bonding.

D444 Multi Gasket Sealant
A high viscosity gasket sealant of low/medium strength, designed to seal between rigid flanged connections. The thixotropic nature reduces the migration of any product during and after application. An immediate low pressure seal is achieved once the fitting has been assembled, offering good tolerance to oil, water and chemicals once fully cured.

A high performance anaerobic gasket compound that develops medium resistance to dismantling. Packed in a unique concertina pack for easy application in even the most restricted areas. The thixotropic nature, coupled with a relatively fast cure, gives excellent characteristics for the production of in-situ gaskets and seals, providing an immediate low pressure resistance after application.
