Thread Locking Adhesives
Delta thread-locking grades are designed to lock and seal threaded fasteners so that corrosion and rusting is prevented and loosening by vibration and shock is eliminated.
D33 - Penetrating Grade Adhesive
A very low viscosity, medium-strength anaerobic adhesive which can work by capillary action on pre-assembled parts. Ideal for sealing hairline cracks and thread locking on small nuts and bolts in precision instruments etc. Can be disassembled later using hand tools and localised heat.

D44 - Screw Grade Adhesive
A low strength anaerobic adhesive which is ideal for the thread locking of small screws to prevent them from loosening under vibration. Parts can be easily disassembled and repositioned using standard hand tools. Although low strength, the adhesive acts as a permanent anti-vibration solution for fasteners of all types.

D66 - Stud Grade Adhesive
A fast curing, high strength anaerobic thread locking compound for bonding and sealing threads and retaining cylindrical parts in general industrial and automotive applications. Ideal for use on fasteners up to 1’’ (25mm) in diameter, providing permanent locking and eliminating the need for ‘double nutting’. Ideal for use with transmission and engine blocks in automotive applications.

D77 - Nut Grade Adhesive - WRAS Approved (potable water use)

Provides an oil-resistant, semi-permanent lock and seal to all engineering and automotive fasteners, which prevents corrosion.

Thread Sealants
Delta thread sealants replace the need for traditional hemp & paste, solvent based and PTFE sealing methods, while protecting against corrosion and resisting vibration. They are in single component liquid or gel form and suitable for most thread sizes, forming an instant low pressure seal.
D333 - Pipe Sealant with PTFE
A high viscosity anaerobic thread sealant of low/medium strength designed to lock and seal metal threaded pipes and fittings. The high lubricating properties provide easy assembly with no galling on all types of metal threaded pipes and fittings. An immediate low pressure seal is achieved once the fitting has been assembled.

D377 - Thread Sealant with PTFE - WRAS Approved (potable water use)
Widely used for the locking and sealing of metal threaded pipes and fittings, this anaerobic sealant cures when confined in the absence of air between close fitting metal surfaces and prevents loosening from shock and vibration. Ideal to seal against gases, water, LPG, hydrocarbons, oils and other chemicals, its excellent thixotropic property prevents migration of the sealant before or during curing.

D506 - Air Brake / Pipe Sealant with PTFE

Retaining Compounds
Delta retaining compounds secure bearings, bushes and cylindrical parts into housings or shafts. Applied as a liquid, they form 100% contact between metal surfaces, allowing uniform load and stress distribution and eliminating the need for machining or other mechanical methods.
D22 - Bearing Grade Adhesive
A medium viscosity anaerobic adhesive for the retaining of bearings, cylindrical parts, bushes and oil seals that require later disassembly. Permits a sliding fit and eliminates distortion during assembly. The product offers high performance with controlled medium to high strength.

A very high strength anaerobic retaining compound for use when a permanent bond is required between closely fitting parts that are subject to stress, such as locking bushings and sleeves on shafts and housings. Can be used on gaps approaching 0.25mm, therefore useful for locking badly fitting parts.
