Epoxy Based Products

D300 Rapid Epoxy Adhesive

A 1:1 solvent-free clear epoxy adhesive designed to bond or repair most materials, such as wood, metal, glass, ceramic, plastics and rubbers. This opaque paste is rapid setting, which gives a cured product with a permanent high bond strength and good chemical resistance. Can be used in external environments due to its excellent chemical and temperature resistance.

D301 Quick Steel Epoxy Adhesive

A 1:1, two component metal-filled adhesive, which cures rapidly at room temperature after mixing. This metal bonding adhesive develops high mechanical strength in a short period of time. The product hardens in five minutes with high bond strength and good chemical resistance, permanently bonding a wide variety of metallic substrates, such as steel, aluminium, copper, brass, alloys and titanium. It will also bond metal to other dissimilar substrates, such as wood, stone, glass, plastics and ceramics. Can be used externally and in extreme environments due to its excellent chemical and environmental resistance.

D303 Quick Steel Epoxy Paste

A high performance, two-pack, solvent-free epoxy resurfacing system ideal for use on metallic surfaces, designed for repairs to worn or damaged metal components and equipment, including worn shafts, worn bearing housings, cracked engine blocks, cracked casings, damaged flanges, worn key ways, scored rams and leaking tank seams. With a 3:1 mixing ratio, it has excellent corrosion resistance, is easily machinable and offers excellent mechanical strength.

D309 Aluminium Epoxy Paste

Epoxy Repair Sticks

D304 Steel Stick Epoxy Putty

A non-rusting, steel reinforced epoxy putty, providing fast, permanent repairs to items made of ferrous metal or aluminium. It will repair holes, cracks and threads in castings, pipes and tools, and can be used to hold fixtures and signs, to make models and prototypes, to form nuts in situ and to lock threads. When cured, it sets to a hard, dark grey material that can be drilled, sanded, tapped, machined and filed, as required.

D306 Plastic Stick Epoxy Putty

A resilient epoxy putty that will bond to all major types of rigid plastic, except polyolefins. It can be moulded to shape and wrapped around or to build up repair items, such as appliance housings, tanks and pipes. When cured, it can be drilled, sawn, filed or sanded and painted, as required.

D307 Copper Stick Epoxy Putty

A copper reinforced epoxy putty. Fast setting, it is used to repair, patch and re-form pipes, tanks and vessels made from copper, brass, bronze and other non-ferrous metals. When mixed, it sets to a hard

copper coloured material, which can be drilled, tapped, machined, filed or sanded and painted, as required.

D320 P&G Bonder

A two component structural methacrylate adhesive, designed for the bonding of high strength metal and

composite applications. Formulated from innovative technology, including our revolutionary adhesion

system, it offers the ultimate balance of mechanical strength and impact resistance, whilst remaining

quick and easy to use. It is very versatile and can bond a wide variety of substrates without the need for surface primers or conditioners. Uses include bonding metal fasteners to moulded composite parts,

A two part, very fast setting, room temperature curing, polyurethane adhesive system with excellent

Very versatile, it can bond a wide variety of substrates to plastic without the need for surface primers or conditioners.
